Wild Horse Charges at Stable of San Feng Wudang Set
In the morning session, students revised Sequences 1 and 2 of the San Feng Wudang Set. Sequenes 3 and 4 were then taught. After that students learned Sequences 5 to 8 of the set.
In the afternoon session, students learned to explode force. First, Grandmaster Wong showed how they could explode force using Cosmos First Emerges. Then they exploeded force with various patterns.
