TANTUI SEQUENCE 10 -- ARROW SPRING

This is the famous flying kick of Shaolin Tantui. The kicks attack an opponent's groin.

Practice the sequence daily for about 2 weeks, paying attention to the kicks.

If you wish to use kicks in combat, you must have practiced your kicks thousands of times. You need to know what to do if an opponent catches your kicking leg.
