Shaolin Kung Fu

When continuing from one sequence to another it is sometimes necessary to change step


Footwork is very important in effective combat, but it is often neglected by many martial artists. A kungfu tenet advices that thirty percent of victory come from the hands, seventy percent come from the legs. It is necessary to change step when continuing a sequence when attacking, and to use various leg modes when moving in to attack.
