BAGUAZHANG STANCE TRAINING AND FOOTWORK
The Baguazhang Stance is special -- it has three planes, with the feet, the body and the hands in different planes. It is sometimes called "Stream-Character Stance" as the feet resemble the Chinese character for "stream". Baguazhang footwork is well known for its agility. A skilful Baguazhang exponent can get to his back of opponents easily.
