Practical Fighting Set of Wuzuquan

Sun and Moon Mutually Magnificent

This set, Shi Zhan which means Practical Fighting, was composed by Grandmaster Wong Kiew Kit. For the "Taste of Wuzuquan" course in Portugal on 9th and 10th July 2013, course participants developed internal force and were competent in free sparring.

Wuzuquan is famous for internal force, and the tremendous internal force developed by Angel of Spain and Miguel of Portugal using the set is obvious from the videos. It is also incredible that Angel and Miguel learned the set in just one day!

But how are patterns in the set be used for combat? What patterns from the set, for example, can be used to counter felling attacks and chin-na techniques. Shi Zhan means Practical Fighting; Grandmaster Wong surely did not name this set for no good reasons.
