CHI KUNG FOR PEAK PERFORMANCE

Having attained good health and vitality, a practitioner aims for peak performance. The emphasis is to develop mental clarity and internal force. With better mental clarity and more internal force, one will have better results no matter what he (or she) does!

The focus at this level of attainments to develop mental clarity and internal force is to nourish energy. To enable this process, outward chi flow movements should not be too vigorous, though the internal chi flow can be robust.
