COSMIC SHOWER -- PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CLEANSING AND NOURISHING

We used the technique of "Carrying the Moon" to develop the skill of Cosmic Shower. First we cleansed ourselves physically, emotioanlly, mentally and spiritually. Then we let the Cosmic Shower nourish us in all our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects.
