COMBAT SEQUENCES IN "FLOWER SET" FOR LEGACY OF NG MUI COURSE

The "Flower Set" was the specialty of the Shaolin grandmaster, Ng Mui.

The two combat sequences in the "Flower Set" are first demonstrated slowly so that they can be easily learnt, and then in normal speed.

The first combat sequence consists of the following patterns: "Trim Bamboo with Branches", "Break Flank Palm Strike", "Leak-Hand Hand-Sweep", "Dark Dragon Draws Water", and "Phoenix Punch".

The second combat sequence consists of the following patterns: "Kittern Wipes Face", "Thread Hand", "Leopard Punch", "Reverse Hanging of Golden Lotus", "Dragon Rises Tiger Gallops", "Elbow Strike", "Sideway Leopard Strike".
