It does get better and better
Dear Shaolin Wahnam Family,
Quite a number of weeks have passed since the unforgettable Small and Big Universe Course with Sifu. Since then, the practice continues to open and unfold in subtle and exciting ways.
Everyday, when I stand up at the beginning of the practice, I hear, "Stand upright. Be physically and morally upright. Don't think about anything. Now, smile from the heart."
Then, spontaneously, I see Sifu standing on the stage in the ballroom of the Orchid Copthorne Hotel, and there he is demonstrating the "exaggerated" part of a section of the Small Universe practice. Then, he stops for a moment before smiling and saying, "All right, now I will show how I really do it."
There is a pause that invisibly leads into the space about Sifu softening and blurring and spreading. His physical outline is less distinct, while a luminosity emerges from within. Rather than see it, I sense my cells being infused with a taste of the quantum space that Sifu is transmitting. The chest area also becomes warm and a sensation of gratitude wells up.
Even though I have already closed my eyes, I feel my eyes "close" again on the inside, and before I know it, I am right into experiencing the practice myself. What bliss, what joy!
Thank you, Sifu. None of what I am experiencing in the Small Universe (and Big Universe) would be possible without your heart-to-heart transmission.
