Stance Training is very important not only for kungfu but also for daily life. It develops mental clarity and internal force.
It is a common misconception among kungfu practitioners that stance training is an endurance test. It isn't. It is a relaxation exercise. Once you have acquired a correct posture, you must be relaxed, relaxed, and relaxed.
