SOME EASIER EXAMPLES OF THE 50 SEQUENCES OF EAGLE CLAW
The 50 Sequences of Eagle Claw form the core of Eagle Claw Kungfu.
Some easier sequences are chosen here for practice. Although the sequences are easier, they contain the important features of Eagle Claw Kungfu, and are efficient in countering common attacks.
Four sequences are chosen. They are
- Sequence 1 -- Press Strike
- Sequence 2 -- Lift Strike
- Sequence 5 -- Slant Horse Three Fists
- Sequence 8 -- Side Step Movement
