PUSHING FROM THE LEFT AND FROM THE RIGHT

If it is not feasible to push an opponent from the front, like when he is heavy, you can push him from the left or from the right.

Remember to cover your opponent adequately, the push is from the back leg which means you must put your front leg between his two legs, and all the movements are in one smooth flow.
