TANTUI SEQUENCE 3 -- CANNON TO THE SKY

Practice this sequence daily for about 2 weeks. This will let you complete performing the 12 Tantui sequences in 3 months.

Pay careful attention to the stances and the hand forms. The sequence should be practiced at a relaxed manner.

Don't tense any muscles. It may be difficult for some students not to tense any muscules, but all masters mention this point if you want to develop internal force.
