TANTUI SEQUENCE 5 -- LIFT STRIKE
Practice this sequence daily for 2 weeks. You must, of course, be familiar with earlier sequences. If you are learning Sequence 5, for example, you must be fluent in Sequences 1 to 4. In this way you will be able to perform all the 12 Tantui Sequences fluently in 3 months.
