TANTUI SEQUENCE 8 -- THRUST KICK

Shaolin Tantui is famous for kicks. This is a sequence to train thrust kicks. Practice the sequence for about 2 weeks.

It is important to be relaxed when performing the sequence. The legs are powerful, as we stand on our legs. When you are relaxed, a good kick can easily break an opponent's bones.
