TANTUI SEQUENCE 12 -- DIAGONAL STRIKE

This is the last of the 12 Tantui Sequences. Practice this sequence daily for 2 weeks, making a total of 3 months for all the 12 Tantui Sequences which you should be able to perform fluently.

The two pillars of any kungfu training are internal force and combat application. Learning the 12 Tantui Sequences is just the beginning.

If you have practice the stances and the 12 Tantui Sequences correctly, you should have some internal force. We can then proceed to learn the combat applications of Tantui.
