SHAOLIN WAHNAM SYLLABUSES
If instructors can just teach according to our syllabuses in their regular classes, without teaching anything extra, our students will achieve a lot. They will be able to fullfil the aims of joining our regular classes.
If you follow our syllabuses and our students follow your instructions, our students will be able to achieve in one year what I would need ten years at a time when I was already accomplished. It is hard for many people to believe, but it is true. There is no need to teach anything extra; just follow the syllabuses.
There is no official syllabus for chi kung, though chi kung instructors should use Five-Animal Play and Other Chi Kung Arts in our School as a guideline. They should focus on the Shaolin Eighteeen Lohan Hands, which will give students good health, vitality and longevity. If the students are sick, they will overcome their illness.
The offical syllabus for Shaolin Kungfu is at Shaolin Kungfu Training Programme and the offical syllabus for Wahnam Taijiquan is at Wahnam Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan) Training Progamme.
