ENTERING INTO CHI KUNG STATE OF MIND
Entering into a chi kung state of mind is essential in chi kung practice. If you are not in a chi kung state of mind, you may be performing chi kung patterns and their corresponding breathing correctly, you will not be performing chi kung, you are merely per gentle physical and breathing exercise. More than 80% of chi kung students all over the world commit this mistake though they may not be aware of it. In the past, entering into a chi kung state of mind was known as entering silence.
