REVIEWING THE BASIC STANCES
Grandmaster Wong reviews the basic stances and highlight the crucial points of each stance. In the Goat Stance, for example, hooking in the knees too much would result in tension at the thighs. The feet should be aligned in a straight line in the Bow-Arrow Stance. Take care that your body, legs and feet are in alignment in the False-Leg Stance.
