Cui Lian's "Strike from Bosom" is a deadly counter against the Shoot

The shoot, though an inferior attacking technique, is often used nowadays by many martial artists. There are many effective counters against the shoot, one of which is "Strike from Bosom". Releasing from a straight-hand grip and from a cross-hand grip is also shown in the video series here.
