Cage Fighting

The level of fighting here is higher than that shown in the previous video of the International Karate and International Taekwondo competitions. The fvideo below shows twocompetions reproduced from YouTube. The first is a Sanda competition in Hong Kong, and the second shows an international cage fighting competition.

Notice that at the start the competitor in black, who won the match, was nervous. If you use the techniques I taught on how to handle a Boxer, you would be able to prevent any of the competitors in the first video hitting you.

Many people are fearful about cage fighting. But seeing the standard of fighting in the second video which shows cage fighting at an international level may allay your fears. You can handle all the stand-up attacks.

You may have difficulty if an opponent can take you onto the floor. But even if you are pinned down, you know how to counter it. But the fact is that you would not allow your opponent to take you down. You can counter his attack at point 1 or point 2, which is before he can reach for your legs or while you are being taken down.

Use your Planned Sequence on your Opponents from Wong Kiew Kit on Vimeo.

What would you do if you meet opponents like those in the above two videos.

Right, instead of worrying about how you can overcome their attacks, you let them worry about how they can overcome your attacks. You attack them right at the start of the match, giving them no chance to attack you. But you must take care of your own safety when you attack.

You attack them using the planned sequences that you have practiced well before entering a competition. Your opponents would not know how to response to your kungfu attacks; they would just be driven back helplessly. But in case they can ward off your planned attack and counter-attack you, use the Two-Dragon Technique I taught to deflect their attack and push them back with your planned sequences.
