STABILIZING GOLDEN BRIDGE -- THE MOST TYPICAL SECTION OF THE SET

This was the first section of the Set, Stabilizing Golden Bridge, and was the most typical of Iron Wire. Two important topics, like performing the Goat Stance wrongly, and various sounds made in the Iron Wire Set, were discussed.

In the Goat Stance, the thigh, knees, legs and feet must be in good alignment, otherwise energy might be blocked causing harmful effects. When making sounds, one should differentiate between same sounds and right sounds. A sound might be the same as prescribed but might be made wrongly. On the other hand, a sound might be different but correct.
