DIFFERENT TYPES OF FORCE IN IRON WIRE

There are twelve different types of force in Iron Wire, commonly known as the twelve bridges, namely Hard, soft, press, straight, separate, stabilize, inch, lift, keep, circulate, control, and match. These different types of force are due to the different uses of the same internal force. In other words, you can use the same force to press an opponent, to control an opponent or to strike him within a very short distance.

As a break from the heavy force training so as not to over-train, there was some entertainment in countering a shoot. A shoot was a suicidal move as an attacker exposed himself to fatal counter-attacks. But for fun, some safe counters were examined.
