CONSOLIDATING ENERGY INTO INTERNAL FORCE

The second section of the set, “Iron Wings Open Doors”, was taught. Note the difference between merely performing the forms, and performing the forms with force.

Course participants then chose any one or more patterns from the set and consolidated flowing energy into force. A good way to tell whether one was relaxed or tensed while consolidating force was whether he can speak comfortably. If a persopn could, then he was relaxed.
