THE FORCE METHOD
Based on a few participants who demonstrated well, some finer points to improve force-training further was introduced. There were important principles like rotating the waist, before moving forward move back, and starting later arriving earlier.
The force method was explained. This was the orthodox way to train internal force in Iron Wire. It was also mentioned that many people, including some masters, wrongly practiced the Iron Wire Set as an isometric exercise.
