BEING RELAXED AND FIERCE TIGER

Some combat philosophy was explained. A major problem with martial artists when sparring was that they became tensed, and subsequently they could not manifest their best performance.

Even if they were not emotionally tensed, they tensed their muscles, otherwise they were unable to have much force. Iron Wire helped them to overcome these two problems of being emotionally tensed and physically tensed.

The form of the third section, Fierce Tiger Claws Sand, was explained. Course participants aimed at picture-perfect form. How to generate internal force came later when the routine and forms were perfect.
