BASIC SHAOLIN TRAINING FOR COMBAT

As many opponents today fight like Boxers regardless of what martial arts they practice, to be combat efficient we must be able to handle a Boxer. A basic training in the course, therefore, was to keep a Boxer away.

Next, students trained applying all the four categories of attack and their counters. The four categories are striking, kicking, felling and gripping.
