IF THERE'S FORM, STRIKE THE FORM; IF THERE'S NO FORM, CHASE THE SHADOW
The tactic, "if there's form, strike the form; if there's no form, chase the shadow", is often employed in Choy-Li-Fatt Kungfu. This tactic was taught by Grandmaster Wong in Oslo in January 2012, and was previously part of a longer secret webpage, but is now made public.
