This is a rarely seen 72-Pattern Tiger-Crane Set exclusively taught in Choe Family Wing Choon Kungfu passed down by the famous Shaolin nun, Ng Mui or Wu Mei in Mandarin pronunciation.
The set consists more of crane patterns and is relatively soft, compared to the 108-Pattern Tiger-Crane Set of the Hoong Ka Kungfu lineage.
As I learned the 72-Tiger-Crane Set from Sifu Choe Hoong Choy many years ago in the 1980s, I could not remember its exact routine. So this 72-Pattern Tiger-Crane Set was my creation, inspired by and modelled from the one I learned from Sifu Choe Hoong Choy.
