MOTHER PALM 3 -- SMOOTH-FLOW PALM

Practice the Circle Walking of Smooth-Flow Palm for at least 1 week, paying attention to stances and hand-forms.

You should also be fluent in Mother Palm 2 and Mother Palm 1, which are Double Changing Palm and Single Changing Palm respectively.

Be relaxed in your practice.
