Yellow Bee Sucks Pollens
Wong Foong Kun Yu
“Yellow Bee Sucks Pollens” was the set that enabled participants, including fresh beginners, at the regional Wahnam Taijiquan courses in Andorra and on the Blue Mountain in Costa Rica in August 2006 and January 2007 respectively to use typical Taijiquan techniques in free sparring within a few days. The set is composed of eight combat sequences simplified from the twelve Basic Combat Sequences taught in intensive courses and regular classes.
Wahnam Taijiquan practitioners who wish to practice sparring with Shaolin Kungfu practitioners may use this set as a base because it corresponds to the set, “Single Tiger Emerges from Cave” which forms the base for combat training in Shaolin Kungfu.
Those who are familiar with the twelve Combat Sequences should have no difficulty learning the set from the picture series below with the help of relevant video clips accessible here .
