SUBTLE HAND MOVEMENTS OF SHAOLIN KUNGFU

Shaolin Kung Fu

Shaolin hand movements are very subtle. Where you place your defending hand on your opponents attack can make a big difference. Two examples of subtle hand movements, namely "lau sau", or "flowing hand", and "kham sau", or "covering hand", are shown.
