DEVELOPING INTERNAL FORCE WITH TRIPLE STRETCH

Grandmaster Wong demonstrating the signature greeting pattern of Uncle Righteousness Lineage
The Triple Stretch Set can be divided into three sections, namely force training, connection, and combat sequences. Before performing various patterns on the Horse-Riding Stance to develop internal force, one initiates a chi flow using "Lifting Sun and Moon". Grandmaster Wong highlights the importance of right position in performing the Horse-Riding Stance, and of waist rotation in performing various movements.
