FORM-FORCE-FLOW AND FORM-FLOW-FORCE

Triple Strecth

Employing energy flow you can perform combat sequences forcefully and fast without panting for breath and without being tired

"Form-Force-Flow" and "Form-Flow-Force" are two effective approaches we use in our set practice and combat sequence training, enabling us to perform our kungfu movements smoothly with force and speed but without being tired or panting for breaths. In Form-Force-Flow we ensure our patterns are in picture-perfect form, apply force when necessary and then perform sequences of patterns smoothly with force and speed. In Form-Flow-Force we ensure our patterns are in picture-perfect form, perform sequences of patterns flowingly, and increase the flow to achieve internal force.
