Many martial artists today employ Kick-Boxing or Taekwondo in their sparring or fighting. It is easy to handle a Kick-Boxer or a Taekwondo exponent. An effective strategy is to avoid his kicks by stepping back or just leaning your body back, then move in swiftly to fell and subdue him when he places his kicking leg on the ground.
