WRESTLING TECHNIQUES ARE FOUND IN SHAOLIN KUNGFU TOO
This Shaolin pattern applied to pin down an opponent is called "Green Frog on Ground"
Ground-fighting is found in Shaolin Kungfu too. All the Wrestling and Grappling attacks have their counter-parts in Shaolin Kungfu, except that in Shaolin Kungfu we take great care to cover ourselves when making such attacks, whereas Wrestling and Grappling practitioners do not normally take such precaution because they are protected by safety rules. The shoot, for example, is executed with the Shaolin pattern "Angry Bull Charges at Fence".
