Cover and strike is a good tactic against a Boxer's hooks


A good counter against a Boxer’s hook is to dodge his attack, cover him adequately and then counter-strike him. You don’t have to move your feet when dodging his hooks. Use body-movement by just sinking back your body, then shifting your body forward again to strike.
