EMPLOYING FORM-FLOW-FORCE TO FA-JING OR EXPLODE FORCE
Having learnt hand-strikes for top, middle and bottom levels, Grandmaster Wong explains and demonstrates how to "fa-jing" or explode force using the patterns "Sun Enters Lotus" and "Fierce Dragon Across Stream". The method used is form-flow-force. Notice the rotation of the waist that helps to channel force from the dan tian to the hand.
