SLOWING DOWN SPARRING FOR BETTER UNDERSTANDING

Some uninformed persons have complained that the sparring shown in some of our videos are slow. It is interesting that here Sifu Wong asks the course participants to purposely slow down their sparring to enable them to have a better understanding of their techniques and skills.
Sifu Wong explains the difference between technique-sparring and sequence-sparring. He explains how to modify or change a pattern in a sequence to suit the immediate situation, and then continue with the planned sequence.
