TEST OF COSMOS PALM
Although we have a Cosmos Palm set consisting of Cosmos Palm techniques, specially composed for the Cosmos Palm Course in New Hamsphire in 2016, Cosmos Palm is basically a skill, or a kind of internal force. It is also very useful for those attending a course on the essence of Taijiquan, Baguazhang and Xingyiquan in 2016 in Toronto.
How do we know one has Cosmos Palm? An effective way is to break a piece of sugar cane supported on two eggs without breaking the eggs. Another effective way is to break the bottom of two bricks placed one on top of another without breaking the top brick. You can view the tests here and here.
Cosmos Palm is sometimes called Red-Sand Palm in some other schools. It is a counterpart of Cotton Palm.
