CLOUD HANDS WITH FORCE AND SPEED 2015

It is a common misconception that Taijiquan is only performed slowly. As an effective martial art, it has to be fast and forceful in combat. It is often performed slowly for some good reasons, like ensuring that its movement is smooth and flowing, and generating an energy flow to develop internal force.

When these aims are attained, Taijiquan should be practiced fast and forcefully. "Cloud Hands", a fundamental Taijiquan set in Shaolin Wahnam, is performed here with force and speed.
