SINGLE TIGER EMERGES FROM CAVE
Picture Series
"Single Tiger Emerges from Cave" was composed by Grandmaster Wong by compressing the Basic 16 Shaolin Combat Sequences into 8, and linking the 8 combat sequences into a set.
This set helps kungfu practitioners overcome two big problems. It enables them to practice kungfu not for demonstration but for combat, and to use kungfu techniques, not Kick-Boxing or other martial arts, for sparring.
