The set, "Hoong Ka Triple-Stretch", is presented in two video series below. There are some minor mistakes in the first presentation.
It is reputed that Hoong Hei Khoon and the Venerable Sam Tuck practiced this set at the southern Shaolin Temple. This was also the set that Sigung (Sitaigung) Lai Chin Wah often employed in bis combat, resulting in his maintaining justice in an lawless society and earning him the enviable nick-name "Uncle Righteousness".
