It has been such an amazing blessing to be part of this course.
I have had so many incredible experiences that it is hard for me to put them onto paper, but i would like to share some of them in this thread.
I had never experienced myself before with such strong internal force and self-confidence. Also being able to just let go and leave the energy guide my movements in a very strong and high speed way, feeling myself at the same time very grounded and present, has given me a very important lesson. I am sure this is a life changing process.
I had a beautiful experience of expansion into the universe, where I was so expanded that suddenly I exploded into a billion little Marus occupying the hole universe and flying free and happy. But also at the moment I put my attention at my dantian, I felt all those parts coming back to me, which made me experience to be part of the whole, and the whole be part of me.
Thank you very much Sigung for sharing your knowledge in such a loving way.
And thank you brothers and sisters for your presence. It is great to have the opportunity to share and spend time with this amazing group of human beings. Specially thanks to those who through your meaningful conversations made an enormous difference in me.
