Shaolin Chin-Na Set 7
HUNGRY TIGER CATCHES GOAT
餓虎擒羊拳
"Hungry Tiger Catches Goat" is the name of this set, as well as the name of the last of the 72 Shaolin chin-na sequence, and the name of the most widely used pattern of this set.
The pattern "Hungry tiger Catches Goat" implements the application of the double tiger-tigers. The tiger-claw is frequently used in chin-na. There are, of course, other hand forms that can be used to implement chin-na techniques, like the dragon-claw and the eagle-claw.
