COMBAT SEQUENCE 4 - HANG A GOLDEN STAR

Shaolin Kung Fu

If you are in difficulty, take a step back -- in sparring as well as in daily life

Combat Sequence 4 consists of a Poisonous Snake, a Precious Duck, and a Golden Star, covering top, bottom and side attacks. It is important not to expose yourself when moving in to attack. When you press in with a continuous attack, make sure you cover your opponent adequately. On the other hand, when you are in difficulty – in sparring or in real life - just move a step back.
