This set, composed by Grandmaster Wong. is a shortened version of Wudang Taijiquan, and is named San Feng Wudang Set in honour of Zhang San Feng, the First Patriarch of Internal Arts, and in memory of Wudang Mountain, where Wudang Taijiquan, the source of all styles of Taijiquan, originated.
