TOP, MIDDLE AND LOW STRIKES AND THEIR DEFENCES
A low attack can be executed with the pattern "Low Stance Vertical Punch", which describes the pattern technically. Pierre Toth from Japan has provided a poetic name for the pattern, "Sun Enters Lotus", which we shall use. A good defence against the low attack is "Low Cloud Hand".
For a top attack we use "White Snake Shoots Venom", and for a middle attack we use "Single Dragon Emerges from Sea", which are more poetic than their technical descriptions, "Bow-Arrow Thread Palm" and "Bow-Arrow Vertical Punch". "Immortal Waves Sleeves" can be employed to ward off both the top and the middle attack.
